BrokerBase ServerJob: BIAS interface

BrokerBase provides an additional interface based on a server job for the connection to the BIAS software from BSM GmbH Frankfurt am Main. BIAS software takes over the main part of the banking statistics, KWG announcement, liquidity regulation and other reports from banks and financial institutions.

The data is transmitted daily to BAIS and, in BrokerBase, no further data needs to be maintained for legal requirements in this area.
The advantages are obvious: Strict separation between the back office and complience and, in turn, a simpler and more cost-effective annual audit by the auditor.

BrokerBase 10.0 BAIS supplies all types of accounts and all account classes (stock accounts, deposit accounts and credit accounts) and exports in historic manner all relevant postings.
The BAIS interface can automatically run as a server job in the background, yet the user can always repeat the data export.

Additionally, all data are archived at BAIS, so that there can always be checked which data is delivered.
Despite the high cost, the export is extremely fast, as described above, a central server takes over the job tasks.
In BrokerBase 10.0 was introduced an event controlling system (BBECS) for central editing lists and error control. The BBECS is of course connected to the alarm set module and displays all events in a comprehensible and user-specific mode.
The export of 10,000 accounts with about 200,000 bookings takes less than 10 minutes! As a "normal" export a job it would transfer over 2 hours alone, the data in the network.
